Wayfair Q4 Earnings Miss Estimates, Revenue Beats
Boston, MA - Wayfair Inc. (W) reported a Q4 loss of $128 million, or $1.02 per share, on Thursday. Adjusted for one-time items, the loss was 25 cents per share. Both figures fell short of analysts' expectations, who had forecast a loss of 2 cents per share.
Despite the earnings miss, Wayfair's revenue of $3.12 billion exceeded forecasts of $3.07 billion. For the full year, the company reported a loss of $492 million, or $4.01 per share, on revenue of $11.85 billion.
