Salesforce to Invest $500 Million in Saudi Arabia's AI Ecosystem

Salesforce, a leading cloud software provider, announced a significant investment of $500 million in Saudi Arabia. This investment aims to bolster the kingdom's artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities and contribute to the country's technological advancement.

As part of this investment, Salesforce will introduce Hyperforce, its platform architecture delivered in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Hyperforce will provide Saudi Arabia with access to Salesforce's enterprise-wide cloud services, including customer relationship management (CRM), commerce, and data analytics.

Salesforce's investment also includes strategic partnerships with Capgemini, Deloitte, Globant, IBM, and PwC. These partnerships will focus on expanding the adoption of Agentforce, Salesforce's solution for customer service agents, and providing support for the company's AI-related product suite in Arabic.

The announcement was made at the recent LEAP 2025 global tech event held in Saudi Arabia, where the country attracted a substantial $14.9 billion in new AI investments. Earlier in the month, Salesforce announced plans to establish a regional headquarters in Riyadh and train 30,000 Saudi citizens in AI skills by 2030.

With this investment, Salesforce joins the growing number of technology companies recognizing the strategic importance of Saudi Arabia's AI ambitions. The kingdom's commitment to fostering a conducive ecosystem for AI development and innovation is expected to attract further investment and drive the country's digital transformation journey.
