Pros Holdings Reports Q4 Loss, Exceeding Wall Street Expectations

HOUSTON, TX - Pros Holdings Inc. (PRO) announced a $2 million loss for its fourth quarter on Thursday. On a per-share basis, the Houston-based company reported a loss of 4 cents.

Adjusted for one-time expenses, earnings reached 16 cents per share, surpassing analysts' expectations. Zacks Investment Research's survey of four analysts estimated earnings of 13 cents per share.

The pricing and revenue management software provider generated $85 million in revenue for the quarter, also outperforming Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks had predicted revenue of $84.8 million.

For the year, Pros Holdings reported a loss of $20.5 million, or 43 cents per share. Annual revenue totaled $330.4 million.

In the current quarter ending in March, Pros Holdings anticipates per-share earnings between 10 and 12 cents. The company projects revenue in the range of $85 million to $86 million for the first fiscal quarter.

For the full year, Pros Holdings estimates revenue of $360 million to $362 million.
