Oceaneering International Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year Results
Oceaneering International Inc. (OII) announced net income of $56.1 million for its fourth fiscal quarter, a decline of 1.99%. On a per-share basis, the company reported net income of 55 cents. Adjusted for non-recurring gains, earnings came to 37 cents per share.
During the quarter, Oceaneering International generated revenue of $713.5 million. For the full fiscal year, the company reported profit of $147.5 million, or $1.44 per share, on revenue of $2.66 billion.
