Elon Musk Addresses JPMorgan Chase Conference

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, addressed JPMorgan Chase's annual conference in Miami on Thursday. The conference was attended by 200 of the bank's top clients and focused on asset management, wealth management, commercial banking, and investment banking. Musk was joined on stage by his mother, Maye Musk, for a moderated discussion led by David Rubenstein, co-founder of Carlyle Group.

The conversation covered various topics, including the Department of Government Efficiency, established by Musk. JPMorgan declined to comment, while Musk and Carlyle did not respond to requests for comment.

Dimon and Musk, previously adversaries in a legal battle, have since resolved their differences. JPMorgan had sued Tesla in 2021 over Musk's 2018 tweet about securing funding to take Tesla private. Tesla countersued in 2023, but both parties dropped their claims in November 2023.
