Cigna Q4 Earnings Miss Estimates, Revenue Beats

BLOOMFIELD, Conn. (AP) - Cigna Group (CI) reported fourth-quarter earnings on Thursday of $1.42 billion. On a per-share basis, the company saw net income of $5.13. Adjusted for non-recurring costs, earnings were $6.64 per share.

Analysts had expected earnings of $7.83 per share, according to Zacks Investment Research.

Cigna's revenue for the quarter came in at $65.65 billion. Its adjusted revenue was $65.68 billion, surpassing analyst estimates of $63.25 billion.

For the full year, Cigna reported profit of $3.43 billion, or $12.12 per share. Revenue was $247.1 billion.

Cigna expects full-year earnings to be $29.50 per share, with revenue expected to be $252 billion.
