Capital Bancorp Reports Solid Q4 Earnings, Revenue Surpasses Estimates

ROCKVILLE, Md. – Capital Bancorp, Inc. (CBNK) announced fourth-quarter earnings of $7.5 million, or 45 cents per share. Adjusted for non-recurring expenses, earnings reached 92 cents per share, exceeding expectations.

Revenue reached $73.6 million, with $56.2 million net of interest expense after stripping out interest expenses. This figure outperformed market projections.

For the full year, Capital Bancorp reported profit of $31 million, or $2.11 per share, on revenue of $186.2 million. The company's stock has gained 3.5% year-to-date and closed at $29.51 on Monday, representing a 28% rise over the past year.
