Per share, the company reported a profit of $2.79, while adjusted earnings came in at 92 cents per share, matching analysts' expectations.
Revenue for the quarter reached $203.7 million, surpassing Wall Street forecasts of $199.9 million. AppFolio projects full-year revenue between $920 and $940 million.
