Alpha Data eyes Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange listing with 40% stake offering

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates (Reuters) - UAE technology services firm Alpha Data announced plans to float on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), offering 400 million shares, comprising 40% of its capital.

The offering will exclusively consist of existing shares held by investors Bin Hamoodah and Ibbini Investment, the company said in a statement.

Alpha Data reported a net profit of 127 million dirhams and revenue of 2.32 billion dirhams for 2024.
