AllianceBernstein Posts Q4 Net Income of $105.4 Million
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - AllianceBernstein Holding LP (AB) reported fourth-quarter net income of $105.4 million on Thursday. On a per-share basis, the Nashville, Tennessee-based company recorded earnings of 94 cents. Adjusted for non-recurring costs, earnings reached $1.05 per share.
Revenue for the period amounted to $1.26 billion, while adjusted revenue stood at $973.3 million.
For the full year, AllianceBernstein reported a profit of $423.4 million, or $3.71 per share, on revenue of $3.53 billion.
The company's shares have gained 7.5% year-to-date and have surged 19% over the past 12 months.
