Yelp Reports Strong Q4 Earnings, Exceeds Expectations
Yelp Inc. (YELP) announced its fourth-quarter financial results on Thursday, surpassing Wall Street estimates.

* Profit: $132.9 million, or $1.88 per share
* Revenue: $1.41 billion
Analysts had forecast earnings of 51 cents per share and revenue of $350.7 million for the fourth quarter. Yelp also provided its full-year revenue guidance, projecting a range of $1.47 billion to $1.49 billion.
