Valley National Bancorp Reports Mixed Q4 Results
Valley National Bancorp (VLY) announced fourth-quarter 2023 net income of $115.7 million, or 20 cents per share. Adjusted earnings per share were 13 cents, falling short of analysts' estimates of 15 cents.
Revenue for the quarter reached $886 million, with net interest income of $475.5 million, surpassing expectations of $469.5 million.
For the full year, the company reported a net income of $380.3 million, or 69 cents per share, on revenue of $1.86 billion.
