Union Pacific Corp. Posts Better-than-Expected Earnings in Q4
OMAHA, Neb. - Union Pacific Corp. (UNP) reported earnings of $1.76 billion in the fourth quarter, surpassing Wall Street expectations. Per-share earnings reached $2.91, exceeding analysts' estimates of $2.78 per share.
However, revenue of $6.12 billion fell short of the $6.15 billion forecast by analysts. Despite this, the results were overall positive for the Omaha-based company.
