TeamViewer Projects Robust Revenue Growth after 1E Acquisition

German software giant TeamViewer has unveiled ambitious revenue targets following the completion of its acquisition of IT company 1E. The company anticipates revenue to reach between €1.03 billion and €1.06 billion ($1.07-$1.10 billion) by 2028, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 44%-45%.

In fiscal year 2024, TeamViewer reported revenue of €671 million and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 44%. The recent acquisition of 1E, a UK-based IT firm specializing in IT issue detection, is expected to drive significant growth. Notable clients of 1E include Adidas and AT&T.
