Silicom Reports Q4 Loss on Revenue Decline

KFAR-SAVA, Israel -- Silicom Ltd. (SILC) announced a net loss of $4.4 million for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2023. This translates to a per-share loss of $0.76.

Excluding one-time expenses and stock-based compensation, the loss was $0.58 per share. Revenue for the quarter totaled $14.5 million, down from the same period last year.

For the full fiscal year, Silicom reported a net loss of $12 million, or $1.99 per share. Annual revenue was $58.1 million, a decline from the previous year.

"We are still facing headwinds in the market, which impacted our financial performance in Q4," said CEO David Mahlab. "However, we remain focused on our long-term growth strategy and believe we are well-positioned to capitalize on the opportunities ahead."
