Shyft Group Reports Q4 Loss, Provides 2023 Guidance

NOVI, Mich. (AP) - The Shyft Group (SHYF) announced a fourth-quarter loss of $3.4 million. On a per-share basis, the company reported a loss of 10 cents. Adjusted for non-recurring items, earnings stood at 15 cents per share.

For the quarter, revenue reached $201.4 million, primarily driven by its Last Mile Delivery, RV, and other vehicle chassis businesses.

Over the full year, Shyft Group reported a loss of $2.8 million or 8 cents per share. Revenue for the year amounted to $786.2 million.

Looking ahead, the company projects full-year earnings in the range of 69 cents to 92 cents per share, with revenue expected to fall between $870 million and $970 million.
