Sherwin-Williams Reports Q4 Earnings Beat, Revenue Miss

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Sherwin-Williams Co. (SHW) reported fourth-quarter earnings of $480.1 million, or $1.90 per share. Adjusted for amortization costs, earnings were $2.09 per share, surpassing analyst expectations of $2.07 per share.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.3 billion, slightly below Street estimates of $5.31 billion.

For the full year, Sherwin-Williams posted a profit of $2.68 billion, or $10.55 per share, on revenue of $23.1 billion.

The company expects full-year earnings for 2023 to be in the range of $11.65 to $12.05 per share.
