Serve Robotics Expands to Miami, Strengthens Partnership with Shake Shack

Miami, FL - Serve Robotics announced today its expansion into the East Coast with the launch of its sidewalk delivery robot services in Miami. This move aligns with the company's goal to deploy 2,000 autonomous robots across the United States by 2025.

In collaboration with Uber Eats, Serve will initially deliver orders from select Shake Shack and Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza locations in Brickell and Miami Beach. This expansion builds on Serve's existing partnership with Shake Shack and adds Mister O1 as a new client.

Co-founder and CEO Ali Kashani emphasized the company's commitment to adapting to local environments, leveraging learnings from previous deployments in Los Angeles. "We're employing our proven playbook in Miami to ensure seamless delivery operations," he said.

Serve plans to further expand its restaurant partnerships in Miami, becoming a go-to automation solution for the industry. The company recently acquired Vebu, the developer of the 'Autocado' avocado processing robot used at Chipotle Mexican Grill.

As of November, Serve had an agreement with Uber Eats to deploy 2,000 robots by year-end. In the same month, the company reported a 97% year-over-year increase in daily active robots for the September quarter.
