Ryman Hospitality Properties Reports Q4 Results Miss Estimates

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Ryman Hospitality Properties Inc. (RHP) reported a financial performance measure below Wall Street expectations in its fourth quarter.

Funds from operations (FFO), a closely monitored metric in the real estate investment trust (REIT) industry, totaled $131.5 million ($2.15 per share) for the period. Analysts' consensus forecast was $2.20 per share.

Net income amounted to $68.8 million ($1.13 per share). Revenue reached $647.6 million, also falling short of estimates ($657.3 million).

For the full year, FFO was reported at $527.8 million, while revenue totaled $2.34 billion. Ryman Hospitality projects full-year FFO in the range of $8.24 to $8.86 per share.
