Repligen Reports Q4 Loss, Exceeds Earnings Expectations

WALTHAM, Mass. (AP) - Repligen Corp. (RGEN) announced a fourth-quarter loss of $33.9 million, equating to 60 cents per share, on Thursday. However, excluding non-recurring costs, the company reported adjusted earnings of 44 cents per share, surpassing Wall Street estimates.

Analysts' consensus forecast, as per Zacks Investment Research, was for earnings of 41 cents per share. Repligen's revenue for the quarter reached $167.5 million, slightly below analysts' projections of $167.7 million.

For the full year, the company incurred a loss of $25.5 million (46 cents per share) on revenue of $634.4 million.

Regarding future projections, Repligen anticipates full-year earnings within a range of $1.67 to $1.76 per share and revenue between $685 million and $710 million.
