Old Republic International Reports $105.1 Million Net Income in Q4
Old Republic International Corp. (ORI) announced a net income of $105.1 million in its fourth quarter. On a per-share basis, the company reported earnings of 42 cents. Adjusted for non-recurring costs, earnings amounted to 90 cents per share.
Revenue for the quarter reached $2 billion, with adjusted revenue at $2.16 billion. For the full year, ORI's net income totaled $852.7 million, or $3.24 per share, with revenue reported at $8.16 billion.
