Northvolt Announces Leadership Transition in North America
Paolo Cerruti, co-founder of Northvolt, will step down as CEO of the company's North American division. Karen Chang, who has led Northvolt's Six gigafactory project in Canada, will assume the role of interim CEO during the transition.
"Paolo will continue to provide strategic guidance and support the growth of Northvolt North America," the company stated. Cerruti will remain Chairman of the Board of the Canadian entity and continue his involvement in the development of the Northvolt Six project.
