Tokyo (Reuters) - The hearing for the lawsuit filed by Nippon Steel and U.S. Steel against the Biden administration is scheduled for February and March, Kyodo News reported Monday.

The steelmakers filed the lawsuit on January 6th, contesting President Biden's order to block Nippon Steel's proposed $14.9 billion acquisition of U.S. Steel over national security concerns.
