ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) — Monro Muffler Brake Inc. (MNRO) reported a net income of $4.6 million for the fiscal third quarter. This translates to earnings per share of 15 cents, excluding non-recurring costs, resulting in adjusted earnings per share of 19 cents.
Analysts' consensus estimates had anticipated earnings of 28 cents per share, according to three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research. Revenue for the quarter totaled $305.8 million, also falling short of the $310.5 million forecast by three analysts surveyed by Zacks.
