Lockheed Martin Reports Exceeding Q4 Earnings Expectations

BETHESDA, Md. -- Lockheed Martin Corp. (LMT) announced a fourth-quarter profit of $527 million, surpassing analysts' estimates. Earnings per share reached $2.22, while adjusted earnings were $7.67 per share.

Revenue for the quarter was $18.62 billion, slightly below the $18.85 billion predicted by analysts.

For the full year, Lockheed Martin reported a profit of $5.34 billion ($22.31 per share) on revenue of $71.04 billion.

The company projects full-year earnings of $27 to $27.30 per share and revenue of $73.75 billion to $74.75 billion.
