International Flavors & Fragrances Beats Earnings Estimates in Q4

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (NYSE: IFF) reported a loss of $46 million in its fourth quarter, driven by non-recurring costs. On a per-share basis, the loss amounted to 18 cents.

Adjusted for these costs, earnings came in at 97 cents per share, exceeding analysts' consensus estimate of 78 cents. Revenue reached $2.77 billion, also surpassing expectations of $2.67 billion.

For the full year, IFF posted a profit of $243 million, or 95 cents per share, on revenue of $11.48 billion. The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $10.6 billion to $10.9 billion.
