Idaho Utility IdaCorp Reports Strong Fourth-Quarter Earnings
BOISE, Idaho (AP) - IdaCorp Inc. (IDA) reported a fourth-quarter profit of $37.9 million on Thursday, exceeding analyst expectations.
The Boise-based company's net income translated to 70 cents per share, surpassing the average estimate of 63 cents projected by four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research.
IdaCorp's revenue for the quarter reached $398.1 million.
For the full year, the utility reported a profit of $289.2 million, or $5.50 per share, with revenue amounting to $1.83 billion.
