Granite Point Mortgage Trust Reports Q4 Loss
NEW YORK, March 9 (AP) - Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. (GPMT) announced a fourth-quarter loss of $38.8 million on Thursday. The New York-based company's loss per share was 86 cents. Excluding non-recurring gains, the loss per share was $1.98. Revenue for the period was $38.7 million, while adjusted revenue was $7.6 million. For the full year, GPMT reported a loss of $207.1 million or $4.39 per share. The company's revenue for the year was $35.9 million.
