Frontier Communications Reports Q4 Loss Despite Revenue Beat

DALLAS - Frontier Communications Parent Inc. (FYBR) announced a loss of $118 million in its fourth quarter, missing analysts' expectations. The Dallas-based company recorded a loss of 47 cents per share, below the average estimate of 19 cents per share by Zacks Investment Research analysts.

Despite the loss, revenue for the quarter reached $1.51 billion, exceeding the $1.47 billion anticipated by Wall Street. For the full year, Frontier reported a loss of $322 million ($1.30 per share) on revenue of $5.94 billion.

The company's stock price rose 0.22% in premarket trading.
