Financial Institutions Inc. Reports Q4 Loss
WARSAW, N.Y. -- Financial Institutions Inc. (FISI) posted a fourth-quarter loss of $65.7 million, equivalent to $4.02 loss per share.
Excluding one-time costs, earnings were 54 cents per share.
Revenue for the quarter totaled $87.1 million, with net revenue after interest expenses reaching $50.7 million, below market expectations.
For the full year, FISI reported a profit of $24.5 million ($1.66 per share) and revenue of $217 million.
