EXPI Reports Q4 Loss, Revenue Misses Estimates

Bellingham, Washington (AP) - EXp World Holdings, Inc. (EXPI) announced a fourth-quarter loss of $9.5 million on Thursday, equivalent to 6 cents per share. Adjusted for non-recurring items, the company reported a loss of 3 cents per share. Revenue for the quarter stood at $1.1 billion, falling short of analysts' expectations.

For the full year, EXPI recorded a loss of $21.3 million, or 14 cents per share, on revenue of $4.57 billion. These results come in below market consensus forecasts.
