Evolent Health Reports Q4 Loss, Misses Revenue Expectations
ARLINGTON, Va. -- Evolent Health Inc. (EVH) reported a net loss of $22.8 million for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2023. The loss per share was 27 cents, matching analyst estimates. Adjusted for one-time items, the loss was 2 cents per share.
Revenue for the quarter totaled $646.5 million, falling short of the $656.2 million consensus estimate. For the full year, Evolent Health reported a loss of $61.6 million, or 81 cents per share, on revenue of $2.55 billion.
Looking ahead, the company projects first-quarter revenue in the range of $440-$470 million and full-year revenue between $2.06-$2.11 billion.
