Embraer Lands $7 Billion Deal with Flexjet for Phenom and Praetor Executive Jets

Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer has announced a significant purchase agreement with fractional jet ownership provider Flexjet, valued at up to $7 billion.

The deal includes firm orders for 182 Phenom and Praetor executive jets, marking the largest firm order ever received by Embraer for its business aircraft line. Additionally, Flexjet has secured options for an additional 30 aircraft.

Flexjet, which operates in the fractional jet ownership segment, has placed this order as part of its strategic expansion plans. The transaction represents the largest order in Flexjet's 30-year history.

Embraer hailed the agreement as a testament to the performance and value proposition of its executive aircraft. The company expects the order to strengthen its position in the growing business aviation market.
