Coca-Cola HBC Forecasts Slower Organic Operating Profit Growth in 2025

Zurich, Switzerland - Bottler Coca-Cola HBC (CCHGY) announced an expected 7-11% rise in organic operating profit for 2025, marking a slower pace compared to previous years. This forecast reflects a challenging macroeconomic environment that dampens growth prospects.

Analysts had anticipated a 10.7% hike in 2025 organic earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT), based on a survey conducted by the company. Coca-Cola HBC also anticipates organic revenue growth of 6-8% for the year, slightly below market expectations of 7.3%.

The Switzerland-based company reported an organic EBIT growth of 12.2% for the year ended December 31, 2024, surpassing projections of 11.9%.

Coca-Cola, the U.S. beverage giant that holds a 20% stake in Coca-Cola HBC, recently forecasted subdued organic revenue growth for the year due to uncertainties stemming from President Donald Trump's trade policies.
