Cloudflare Reports Q4 Earnings, Exceeds Expectations

San Francisco-based Cloudflare, Inc. (NET) reported a loss of $12.8 million in its fourth quarter, translating to a loss of 4 cents per share. However, adjusted earnings were 19 cents per share, exceeding the consensus estimate of 18 cents.

Revenue for the period reached $459.9 million, again surpassing analysts' expectations of $451.8 million.

For the full year, Cloudflare had a loss of $78.8 million (23 cents per share) on revenue of $1.67 billion.

Looking ahead, Cloudflare anticipates per-share earnings of 16 cents in its current quarter ending in March. Revenue is projected to be within the range of $468 million to $469 million.

For the fiscal year, Cloudflare expects earnings of 79-80 cents per share, with revenue estimated at $2.09 billion.
