Clorox Appoints Luc Bellet as New CFO, Kevin Jacobsen to Retire

Cleaning products giant Clorox announced Wednesday that its long-serving finance chief Kevin Jacobsen will step down and be succeeded by insider Luc Bellet.

Effective April 1, Jacobsen, who joined Clorox in 1995 and has held the CFO role since 2018, will transition to an advisory capacity until his retirement in June.

Bellet, who has nearly two decades of experience at Clorox, currently serves as treasurer. He has been instrumental in the company's financial planning, audit, and business development.

This leadership transition coincides with Clorox's focus on digital transformation and growth initiatives. The company is expected to report its second-quarter results next week.
