Henderson, Nevada - CleanSpark, Inc. (CLSK) announced net income of $246.8 million for its fiscal first quarter, ended in December 2022. The company reported diluted earnings per share of $0.83 on a GAAP basis. Excluding non-recurring gains, adjusted losses per share were $0.07.
CleanSpark generated revenue of $162.3 million during the quarter.
