Santiago, Jan 23 (Reuters) - Chile's central bank is expected to leave its key interest rate unchanged at 5.0% at its meeting next week, a central bank poll of traders showed on Thursday.
The benchmark rate is seen falling to 4.75% in 12 months.
Meanwhile, consumer prices are expected to rise by 0.9% in January, bringing inflation to 4.15% over the past 12 months, above the central bank's tolerance range.
The Chilean peso is forecast to trade at 1,000 units per U.S. dollar in seven days and 28 days, according to the traders.
