Century Communities Reports Q4 Earnings Beat, Revenue Miss
GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. - Century Communities Inc. (CCS) reported fourth-quarter profits of $102.7 million, or $3.20 per share.
Adjusting for non-recurring expenses, earnings per share reached $3.49, exceeding analysts' expectations of $3.21.
However, revenue for the period fell short of estimates, with $1.27 billion reported against a forecast of $1.3 billion.
For the full year, Century Communities posted profits of $333.8 million ($10.40 per share) and revenue of $4.4 billion.
Since the year's beginning, CCS shares have gained nearly 2%. However, they have declined by 16% over the past 12 months, closing at $74.59 on Wednesday.
