Carrier Exceeds Q4 Earnings Estimates Amidst Surge in HVAC and Aftermarket Demand

Carrier Global reported a remarkable fourth-quarter performance, surpassing market projections. The company's HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) segment witnessed a robust 11% organic growth in sales, driven by commercial and residential sectors in the Americas.

Rising temperatures and environmental concerns have fueled global demand for air conditioning and air purification systems, leading to increased sales for Carrier. Notably, the adoption of energy-efficient heat pumps has benefited the company as buildings strive to meet stringent regulations.

Carrier's adjusted profit from continuing operations reached 54 cents per share, exceeding analyst estimates of 50 cents. Revenue for the quarter ending December 31st surged 19% to $5.15 billion, slightly lower than the anticipated $5.28 billion.

For 2025, Carrier projects an adjusted profit range of $2.95 to $3.05 per share, while analysts had forecast $2.99.
