Brookdale Senior Living Reports Q4 Loss of $83.9 Million
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. -- Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (BKD) announced a net loss of $83.9 million in its fourth fiscal quarter, equivalent to a loss per share of 37 cents.
The company reported $780.9 million in revenue during the quarter, while its annual loss expanded to $201.9 million, representing a loss of 89 cents per share. Annual revenue reached $3.13 billion.
Brookdale's stock has gained marginally over 5% year-to-date. As of Tuesday's closing bell, shares were valued at $5.30, marking a decline of 16% over the past year.
