NEW YORK (AP) — BrightSpire Capital, Inc. (BRSP) reported a fourth-quarter loss of $19.7 million, or 16 cents per share, on Tuesday. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and stock option expense, were 18 cents per share. The results met Wall Street expectations three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research also estimated earnings of 18 cents per share. The New York-based real estate investment trust posted revenue of $54.3 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $17.5 million. For the year, the company reported a wider loss of $132 million, or $1.05 per share. Revenue was reported as $90.9 million. Colony Credit shares have risen nearly 6% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares fell 13% over the past 12 months.
