Qualcomm's License Agreement Intact as Arm Withdraws Termination Threat

(Reuters) - Qualcomm's CEO Cristiano Amon announced on Wednesday that Arm Holdings has retracted its threat to end their license agreement.

In October, Arm threatened to terminate the agreement due to a dispute over technology used in Qualcomm's PC chips. However, Qualcomm prevailed in a trial over the dispute in December.

During Qualcomm's quarterly earnings call, Amon stated that Arm had withdrawn its termination notice and has no plans to end the license agreement.
