Apple Shares Rise on Strong Sales Forecast for Current Quarter

Apple's shares witnessed a 2.5% increase in Frankfurt on Friday following the release of its financial results, indicating a robust sales outlook and a potential rebound from the recent decline in iPhone sales.

The company reported iPhone sales of $69.14 billion for the fiscal quarter ending December 28, marginally below analysts' estimates. However, Apple projected low- to mid-single-digit growth in sales for the upcoming quarter.

This positive outlook boosted Apple's shares in after-hours trading on Thursday, where they climbed 3.2% despite ending the regular session down 0.7%.
