Bill Ackman Relocates Management Firm to Nevada

Investment firm Pershing Square's owner, Bill Ackman, announced on Saturday the company's management division will reincorporate in Nevada. The decision aligns with a trend among high-profile corporations moving their headquarters out of Delaware.

Ackman shared the news on X, stating, "We are reincorporating our management company in Nevada." He added that prominent law firms are urging companies to consider Nevada and Texas as alternative locations to Delaware.

Pershing Square declined further comment beyond Ackman's post on X. Notably, Elon Musk recently shifted Tesla, SpaceX, and Neuralink's incorporation to Texas and Nevada, respectively. His move followed a court decision in Delaware that required him to surrender his $56 billion compensation package.
